Fleetwood Contest Report
The 51st NWABBA Preston District contest was held in Fleetwood Marine Hall on 3rd October 1999. Five bands competed against Pilling in the third section. After a good performance, Pilling won the contest with 186 points. This is the first section 3 victory for the band. The results for the contest were:
